Guest & operational Wi-Fi separation
A separate SSID and VLAN for guests keeps their traffic isolated from tills, printers and back-of-house devices.
Hospitality Network Care
A managed network for bars, restaurants, cafés and small hotels — designed, installed and maintained by one team, so tills, terminals, CCTV and guest Wi-Fi all keep working when the room fills up.
Problems we solve
Most hospitality network problems come from a flat, single-network setup that was fine when the venue was quiet. Under load, everything competes with everything else.
What's included
A separate SSID and VLAN for guests keeps their traffic isolated from tills, printers and back-of-house devices.
Prioritised, isolated network for payment devices so a busy guest network can't slow down a transaction.
Reliable wired or Wi-Fi connections for the devices your service depends on — printers, KDS units, reservation tablets.
Cameras run on their own VLAN so footage stays private and doesn't compete with guest bandwidth.
Cat6/6a runs where they matter, tidy comms cabinets, patch panels and clear labelling — planned around your building.
On managed plans we watch key equipment remotely, so we often see problems before you do.
Optional 4G/5G failover so a broadband outage is a slower service, not a stopped one. Reduces risk — no service can guarantee zero downtime.
When something isn't right you speak to the person who built it — not a call queue.
Ongoing care
A Network Care plan is optional. It's how we keep an eye on the equipment we install, respond faster when something goes wrong, and quietly keep firmware and configs current.
A Care plan is not a 24/7 staffed help desk — you get priority response from us during working hours, and remote monitoring runs continuously.
How we work
We visit during service hours, walk the building, test the existing kit and note where things fall over.
A written spec with clear line items — hardware, cabling, VLAN plan and a Care plan option if you want ongoing cover.
Cabling, containment and configuration done cleanly, mostly outside service hours where possible.
Documentation on completion, and — on managed plans — remote monitoring plus a direct number.
Verified hospitality project
A large two-storey venue on a flat default ISP network, capping real-world speeds around 30 Mbps. We installed a proper VLAN-segmented network with enterprise access points and hard-wired connections front to back. The site now runs at the full 300 Mbps line speed with tills, CCTV and guest Wi-Fi each on their own VLAN.
